Who is in
A motor carrier with two or more drivers who need DOT random testing can join. The draw uses the combined pool: 50 percent drug and 10 percent alcohol of the testing drivers who are actually in it, under 49 CFR 382.305.
Each member keeps a private file. A safety manager in Grand Blanc does not see another carrier’s roster, results, or notes.
What the year includes
- Fleet consortium membership is $299.00 per year for unlimited testing drivers. Setup is $0. Tests are prepaid and are not included.
- Random administration on the combined pool, spread through the year.
- A certificate of enrollment after the membership is paid and the roster is on file.
- Quest and LabCorp collection through our testing partner. SJCC does not own the clinics.
- A fleet of 2–8 testing drivers can ask for a per-driver quote instead: $89.00 for the first testing driver and $29.00 for each additional testing driver that year. The public checkout sells the flat $299.00 year.
