The rule is specific: at least 60 minutes on alcohol misuse and at least 60 minutes on controlled substances use. The signs are physical, behavioral, speech, and performance cues. A printed handout in the break room is not the training.
Until the seat is live, do not pay SJCC for it. Use a course that can actually issue the record you will show an auditor.
